The device is only able to measure sleep over 3 hours long, and displays the longest sleep in your app. (i.e. naps are not displayed)
This is because our A.I. was trained on polysomnography studies, all of which are over 3 hours long. We could make the A.I. predict sleep less than 3 hours, but the prediction would be very wrong, so in order to maintain reliability, our device currently only displays the longest sleep of the day which is over 3 hours.
1A) I slept over 3 hours and did not get data.
If you did sleep over 3 hours and the data is not displayed, this might be because the device was not able to detect you during your sleep – for example, you rolled out of the range of the device.
