Please unpack your Sleep Enhancer and connet to a power outlet.
The LED light on the device should be a solid light blue.

After powering on, it may require about 5 seconds to boot up.

Place the Sleep Enhancer directly on your mattress,at your heart level, and cover with a mattress cover.

For more comfortable use, we recommend placing the device under a mattress cover.

Next, please check the following on your smartphone.
➊ Bluetooth is turned on.
➋ Internet is connected.

The device light should be turned on before proceeding.

After the device and app are connected, please check if the light on the controller stops blinking.

The light on the controller should be blinking slowly after pressing confirm.
